e@syFile 2009 Submission Problem

Got everything done but when I try to submit to EFiling I get:

Login Error: Reference number does not exist or user does not have rights to taxpayer.

I can log into Efiling and have checked my tax reference number - I've actually cut and pasted them from an EFiling return. I've also attempted this a number of times.

Any ideas?

Are you registered on the Efiling website to submit your monthly Paye returns via Efiling, or do you complete the monthly returns manually?
If you don't do the monthly paye via efiling, you cannot submit the Emp 501 via Efiling, only by "electronic submission".

And, by "electronic submission" I mean that you need to save it to a cd/memory stick and take it to your local sars office

I'm registered on EFiling - have been for ages, and have been submitting my returns there as well. I submitted last years 501 using e@syFile app - new version seems to be the problem
