E620 - Does HSDPA Firmware update exist?

I generally use E71, but due to recent weak signal strength experienced on 3G which is causing it to revert to GPRS, am considering reviving my old E620 with a rooftop receiver antenna.

Does the model that I have, S/N E87NAE1653004329 support HSDPA, if so is there a firmware update available?

Its HSDPA but not HSUPA
no fw

The max that card will do is 1.8. It's a physical limitation of the card and cannot be upgraded with firmware.
