Hello

Please help......

I moved to Jozi on 8 Dec 2023 from Cape Town to an airbnb as my lease agreement is still bieng processed. As i was already moving to Jozi I cancelled the line as I could not relocte it to a new address. When my previous renatl agent emailed asking why the line is still in my name as the new tenenats cannot use it I requested it to be done via #UFJ-140-21548. I was told that it canno be done as cncellation was done 6 Dec 2023. I reached out ot Ulithando N via Whatsapp on 28 Dec 2023 and she said as it was in cancelled state drop an email to [email protected]. I reached out to call cntre via telephone and the support guy (Thapelo???) and told me the same thing and an early relase will be processed. I then sent an email #BTR-444-79514

Now I am being told on #BTR-444-79514 to pay for February to get it relased early....

I now have my previous rental agent feeling frustrated and the new tenants have now bought Rain.

What must I do to get this line released early like yesterday for the new tenants?

The cancellation has been loaded on the 25th of December already.

With Frogfoot the line stays active with the current ISP for at least 30 days after the cancellation has been loaded. The new tenants need to place an order with their ISP. Once their ISP places an order Frogfoot will request Early Release from us and we will approve the release.

I checked the portal now and there are NO pending orders for your line and no Early Release requested so the new tenants did not place an order yet or their ISP lied to them. We don't hold lines intentionally at all. I can't approve an Early Release on the portal if Frogfoot hasn't requested it.
