Earphones with Internal Storage

Hi All.
Are there any sports wireless earphones available on the market that has internal capacity for music storage?
Been looking on the net but can't find any.
The bluetooth ones are plentiful but I don't want to carry a phone while jogging.

The new Icon X's have 4gb of internal storage, not sure if that could work?

I use a running belt for my phone, it is much more comfortable than an arm strap or putting it in the pocket.
