Easy Equities good or bad?

Has anyone noticed discrepancies on tax certificates issued by easyequities?

A mate of mine and I noticed that the tax certificates issued to us are no where near the actual numbers we captured during the year. Not really sure what the story is.
 
This is why I wait to file my tax return. Gives two bit companies a chance to send out two or three "oops, sorry nê" correction e-mails.

Do you know what issue? On my USD statement the dividends are under local dividends received. Not foreign.
Was wondering if this was correct. Asked them on Twitter and they assured me it is correct
 
With all the crap going on in SA, what will maybe be a good investment in or must be sold quickly?

Short local property stocks that own all the malls. They're going down. On the other hand, they dropped a few percent already, so maybe they’ll go up :unsure:

Since the first lockdown, they (Satrix Prop in my case) has barely recovered. I would consider what they are now as being in the dip. What remains of my Satrix Prop holdings is still sitting at a lovely -40%. It is a disappointing sandbag.

Remarkable that they haven't shifted that much since the looting. I would have thought they'd drop to something like their 2020 lows.

-40 % you lucky mine fluctuates between - 47% and - 51%

ok, didn't know it can be done like that. It doesn't look like EE allows to set a price like that yet.
