Ignore him. He just post nonsense.What do you mean?

You can rebalance those unless you ringfenced it.Sygnia costs comes from left over shares that is small enough to buy shares. You will see there is a CASH account linked to every investment. You can track fees in that way. So the guys moving to Sygnia thinking the R25 is a ripoff ... LOL

Shame. I'd rather transfer R1 monthly it seems much easier.You cant rebalance amounts less than R250. Its reserved for fees.![]()

Me neitherOk, I am aware of the fee they introduced. Didn't think it was such a big deal.
That's not the issue. If I was actively using it I wouldn't care and would probably avoid it. But the way it's set up, it hits those that can't really pay it. I have nothing in my account besides some delisted PLG shares that can't trade so if they think they're going to screw me for credit they have a bigger chance of sucking my dick and I'll have the ombudsman on their case for unsolicited credit before you can say "thrive".Ok, I am aware of the fee they introduced. I loaded my monthly R1 on Saturday morning. It took less than an hour to get the email from EE saying the funds were in.Can someone with active EE acc that you fund with your Standard W@nk account please humour me?
Back in the day transferring from your S.W@nk account to your EE account (weekdays) was legit a couple mins to reflect.
These days, it’s come across sloppy. Takes longer, a fair bit.
Is it in my head or is it a valid point?
What official comms are you looking for? Because:I've still not had any official comms regarding the fee either.
Many of us never received any emails. If it weren't for MyBB I'd never have known.What official comms are you looking for? Because:
* They have mailed
* Info on the main Thrive page
* KB article on it
* Blog post on it
Short of Charles giving you a call, I am not sure what you are looking for.

Did you check your junk? Did you unsubscribe from their mailing lists? Did you reach out to them and ask why you never got a mail?I have not received an email, or any specific notification on the platform itself.
I don't follow blogs, or randomly search KBs expecting to find updates regarding new billing.
Now we are making up scenarios not even remotely related. Not going to bother trying to reason with thatImagine if some half-ar5ed mail blast was used to notify clients of their life insurance being cancelled, for example?
Even if you're not subscribed you should still get crucial emails.Did you check your junk? Did you unsubscribe from their mailing lists? Did you reach out to them and ask why you never got a mail?
I am 100% with the people who are angry about them hiding the platform fee behind a loyalty program, but it's getting a bit ridiculous now.
