I'm not sure. I understood it to be automated. Have the funds cleared yet? If not, are you sure you used the correct reference?

I checked, Theoretically they say up to 48 hours for deposits to clear. But that doesn't make sense for an FNB to FNB eft.

If it was a big deposit, they may have flagged it for investigation. Can't remember exactly what the cut-off is, but it might be R100k.
