Ed Hall to leave iBurst

they should get people like that to work at telkom!!!!!!!
A fate that I would not wish on my worst enemy if I had enemies...although I would probably giggle like a little girl if the Grim Poisonous Ivyness Creeper was fired and her shares taken away from her and she was forced to work for the beast to pay for her own telephone bills - sadly Telkodemonopolies is too ageist to employ prehistoric zombies...

Good luck, ED

I wish you every success in your future endeavours. Whatever you do is bound to be better than keeping your finger in the dyke while your decision makers and "marketers" put heads in the sand ignoring the gathering storm.

Forward motion is required and I assume that your movement outstrips those you will leave behind. Not meaning to denigrate your actions it is not really difficult to do!

Good luck, Ed.:D

I never had any dealings wih iBurst - since they fail to provide sufficient signal strength in my area - but from the general sentiment it looks like they're losing one darn good asset on the customer-service front!

Perhaps, due to his success at iBurst, Telkom has decided to head-hunt Mr Hall and pretty soon they'll finally have that fabled Telkom representative on these forums they promised for so long?

How about it, Ed? Would you join Telkom's ranks if they paid you more money to try and rebuild their tarnished face on customer service as you've done for iBurst during your tenure there?

If an important would-be member of iCASA could be lured away by big bucks, I don't see why you couldn't be ... Who knows, maybe you could actually sabotage Telkom from within and trick them into actually starting to care about consumers without any pretense involved :D

I wonder

Ed I hope everything for the best in your future endeavours really really dissappointed to see you go seeing as you were the one of the two that actually provided any feedback to your customers. Lets hope you moving to NEOTEL and bring down telkom!

wonder why he's leaving?

It's like soooo obvious... Work for a company that's in total chaos and no-one knows their arses from their elbows and you'll see what I mean. I still see that people are afraid of the company and refuse to speak out about their employment there after the fact...
