Ed Hall to leave iBurst

This is not good news. Ed looked truly dedicated to good customer care...not always easy to find.
 
Yup seen how he handles customer's issues, he will be missed and not an easy character to replace.
 
Sad news.

It is very difficult playing centre forward when the rest of your team is barely on the pitch.
 
He seemed like one of the few decent people at iBurst, wonder why he's leaving?
 
I would say he is leaving since he was always used as a scape goat and often got a hammering on these forums for the lack of movement by iBurst...

Do you think we drove him to quit???

No. He probably took a good, hard look ahead, and decided to leave, because of :

- MTN's recent announcement.

- WAPA's announcement of the increase in WISPs.

I think he left because iBurst is going to go through a very difficult time.

It was great to have Ed on the iBurst forum while it lasted, and it is sad to see him go.

I wish Ed Hall all the best and good luck.

More likely that he was embarrassed by iBurst SA's Thami Mtshali - specifically Thami's recent press statement and could not handle being associated with such carp...
 
Sad to see Ed leave, it was super to see him on the forum talking to people. He did give iBurst a 'human' face.
 
This is sad... I really hope we get someone as dedicated to replace him, it was always good to know you had someone who would really deal with your problems at iBurst.
