EDGE in Houtbay?

if all goes well, ima gonna try 3G / HSDPA in Houtbay tonight :p

Hey, I got HSDPA connection for the first time last week Thursday in Houtbay. :)
I think they did something cause I never even got the signal on my phone.
I managed to play some online gaming with it, but latency was not very good.
Do you guys know of any problems that there might have been? Like international?
Vodacom was also pretty bad, but a little bit better.

2nd time in a row I get 3G / HSDPA speeds in Houtbay, but like before, my latency is very high, close to 1000ms, and more.
When using Vodacom HSDPA the latency is 500ms and more....

It is going to the same destination, so why the difference?

More capacity on the VC switch than the MTN one

Time for a capacity upgrade?

It will help all clients in the long run, seeing more people will start using HSDPA / 3G. Must cater for the growth.
