Hi all! So after a roller-coaster of contradictory customer service everything is all sorted and I've got a working card, yay!
Soo...Has anyone paid with FNB online banking? For a once-off payment? I intend to send to a business' account of an online store. They provided a "reference number", acc number, branch code and location and account name, though I don't know which slots to put this all in, so would rather ask here instead of winging it (and phoning FNB...my absolute last resort )

I don't want to risk messing up by filling things in the wrong places. ...So basically a brief overview /general advice would be appreciated.

What exactly aren't you sure about? Everything is self-explanatory. The only thing you can leave out is the location.

Payment name is whoever you're paying. Thor187, Cellc, Escorts & Pies etc.
Their Reference you put any reference # they required.
Your reference is your own reference for the transaction, call it whatever you want.
