Electrical motor question

I'm using a motor and the white thing burnt out. - see pics

Any idea where I can buy one? I'm in Cape Town.

What is the motor being used for? Find the supplier of that device, or try mantech. But seriously, with that amount of power surge damage, it is pretty likely that there is more wrong with the motor anyway.
