Actual estimated electricity consumption for July on a seasonally adjusted basis - was 2.1% lower (-458 Gigawatt-hours) compared with July 2008, figures released on Thursday by Statistics South Africa show.

Well.... you can't use it if it's not being supplied :D Maybe they're cutting off all those people who aren't paying, every little helps! :D
 
the cheaper they make it, the more we use, now cause is so expensive, everyone turns off the lights, which means Eskom makes less money, so they bill us more, and we use less, when will it ever stop.

we for once are just doing what they told use, and we getting kicked in the butt for it
