Electricity crisis not over yet

And this is where everything runs dead, the corrupt municipalities.
If you look at how much JHB metro is spending on installing more energy efficient lighting and maintenance on Kelvin to bring it back into full service then I am sure they are aware of all the areas where power is being wasted.

FYI I have a family member who works at Kelvin Power station, which is privately owned. It's NOT Eskom.

So much for energy efficient lighting when the system that controls them, is as old as I am and is classed as antique.

Just cause its not brand new doesn't mean that it doesn't work to produce electricity and relieve the burden of load shedding :p switches haven't really changed much since electricity was invented!
