Ellies Inverters

Yeah I sold my Sony Bravia 2 40" to another guy who uses it in his kid's room. Used the money and some ebucks to buy a new LED TV. Runs tons better on the inverter and also uses a lot less power. Down from 230w to 40w for the TV alone.

My Sammie 48" LED runs at 87 watts.. 40w is good , have you got it set to some eco mode ?

Yeah I turned on energy saving mode, medium. That way, the image is still bright. Coming from LCD, LED TVs just look SUPER bright anyways.

I also noticed a Smart LED TV draws about 30 watts more than a standard one.
I'm sorry I bought the Smart but they did not have the standard job at the time.

I bought a Smart.. not sorry, got 1tb VOX adsl data with it :)

Never actually used any of the Smart functions. But I got it just for the Vox promotion, saved me about R5,000 in data costs :)

Bought the Hisense simply because it use Android as it's OS and Chrome as it's browser, but I still prefer and use my old LG ST-600 :)

Sorry about the thread necro, but I would like to get a recommendation on the best battery to use with the 600W Ellies inverter.

Did you buy it as a stand alone inverter without a battery? Mine came with two Ernegiser 102ah deep cycles, it a 24v system.
