Anyone know what the email address is for someone important at Ford? I'm sick of dealing with the retards at the dealerships, and the contact us page on their website, doesn't have any outcome if you submit a complaint...

The new CEO is Jeffery Nemeth.
 
Check for his profile on FB maybe he's on there...or jsut waai to Ford head office and schedule a meeting and hear where he is...then bum rush his office and give him kuk

CEO shouldn't & wouldn't deal with individual complaints irrespective of how bad it is. Unless its like the Toyota recall where people died.

You'd be more likely to achieve something if you aim for head of dealerships countrywide. That person *might* deal with individual complaints where the customer is very pissed off.
 
Find the smallest bum town in SA and sue in the small claims court. The ceo will not defend there. Round no1 to you
