Email address stolen. Help please!

Hello.
My webmail.co.za address has been stolen. Somehow someone was able to access my email address and change the password, the alt email address, the telephone number linked to it and probably the security questions as well. I have a lot of important emails that go to that email address and I need it back. I changed the email address on accounts on websites that I can remember off the top of my head, but there are a lot that I don't. I need some guidance on how to get my email address back. Webmail is just not answering my messages (4 of them since it happened - maybe two months ago). I checked whoit for webmail registrar details, but everything is redacted. If anyone has any help, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The exact same happened to me, i only realized it Monday when they managed to hack my Facebook also.
I have phoned Webmail offices (011-628 9800) and a lady told me they are aware of the issue, but she could not transfer me to the engineers or give me better information. I also have many years of important mails stored there.

they also managed to change my recovering email address, recovering phone number and my security questions

Apparently it’s quite easy to hack your Facebook account. I don’t know how they do it but there’s so many people that are doing it.

Phoning webmail is useless. Anyone know a good hacker that can steal my email address back for me?

Webmail.co.za has been hacked many times. I have for years advised people to rather use GMail.
