Email Hosting

I'm currently with afrihost, And my emails are taking up all my storage, Is there any way how I can fix this?

I thought of using pop3 on a spare computer for backups on its outlook, and to switch my IMAP to Pop3 on my Laptop, delete all the files on the server,. Would this be a good choice, or if you'd have a better suggestion, Please let me know.

Add your account and delete all mail from the AH server when the mail is downloaded with Gmail. (Gmail should have an option to auto delete it).

If you use Outlook it gets a bit tricky, but I can give suggestions to sort it out.
