Email issue with fibre

I have fibre installed and a router in my house.
I make use of an adapter to extend the wifi signal to my PC. I installed the driver and utility today and all works well - I can access the internet and receive emails. HOWEVER, my outgoing emails are stuck in the outbox.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

Thanks!

My ISP used to be MTN and it is now Vodacom. I presume the issue is with my outgoing mail server? To what do I change the outgoing mail server?

Thanks!

What is your outgoing mail server currently set to?

I cannot see it in order to tell you! Tried to look under account settings but it does not show.

Found it .... mail.mtn.co.za

Try this: smtp.vodamail.co.za

I believe phone operators will network limit their mail service, i.e. you need to be using their network in order to be able to use their mail servers.

I have a follow-up query: is it possible (and how?) for me to check my data usage and balance?

Thanks!
