Email Issues on Hetzner

Hi

Anyone else having email issues with Hetzner? Many of my clients are complaining but Hetzner says theres nothing wrong on their side? Even logging on to webmail is intermittent.

I personally had some email issues with them last week, although several of my clients who are at Hetnzer have moaned about email this past month. I just make it clear that I didn't refer them there - I told them to go with webcrew.co.za (never had any issues) - so not my problem. I'm a web designer, not a bloody service tech

I haven't had any issues with my email.

I have had Hetzner host my website for years, aside from a brief spell when I fell for the charms of a web designer and agreed to have him host my website on his server. That was a big mistake and I hurried back to Hetzner as soon as I could.

I think Hetzner's technical support and all round service is top class.

Thanks for the thumbs up. I'v been hosting with them since 2000. I'm also moving many clients over to Hetzner, but it embarassing when clients are complaining about email delivery. Me personally I have been having email issues this week, I still love them tho

That's for sure! Apart from the recent email issues they've been great. My major gripe with them is I hate KonsoleH. cPanel hosts are easy to move to and away from, and there's just so much more I feel I can achieve with cPanel. Feels like home every day I login to the cPanel of a website hosted by webcrew or elite. Don't get me wrong, KonsoleH is not very difficult to use, but cPanel is just better

I'm an amateur when it comes to KonsoleH and I often struggle with it when I need to access it. It is not intuitive, to me at least. But that's where their tech support comes in and I end up getting sorted out.
