FNB: BoP codes for forex transfers no longer exist

Got a message with my latest forex receipt that I needed to approve using their new BoP codes, but neither of the possible codes come up when I search for them even though they're in the PDF.

Anyone else having issues with this right now?

Code 297 and code 231 just don't exist in their list anymore.

On Secure chat now, the agent is going to manually do the receipt for me. Seems like the system is a bit broken at the moment but they haven't outright confirmed that although it seems quite obvious due to the fact they have to do it themselves.

Yep, it sounds like it. And this change happened on the 11th already, so..

Had something similar with Standard Bank a few days back, the BOP I usually use now has a sub category I need to add a code to. Good luck with the missing codes though, is there not a helpline you can call for clarity? Might be something on the SARB site too.
