Never. Unless City of Cape Town is subsidising the tickets (with ratepayer income).
They were regularly priced until a couple weeks ago when Showtime obviously realised that the stadium would be half empty.

He was on stage for 2 hours. Started pretty much on time a 9pm.

Not sure how long the concert was... got there as he went on stage.
