JOHANNESBURG – American rapper Action Bronson and Afrikaans rapper Jack Parow have been announced as the supporting acts for Eminem’s upcoming performance in South Africa as part of his Rapture 2014 Tour which is being presented by 94.7 Highveld Stereo.

The rapper will perform two shows, one in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg.

This is the first time he will be performing on the African continent.

The Cape Town performance will take place at Cape Town Stadium on 26 February and the Johannesburg performance on 1 March at Ellis Park Stadium.

Bronson, whose real name is Arian Asllani, is known for his gritty style and slick rhymes.

According to Billboard, he is also known for his controversial stage antics.

Parow’s third album Nag van die Lang Pette is being released in stores and on iTunes tomorrow.

Eminem was voted the second most popular recording artist of 2013 by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry thanks to his eighth studio album The Marshall Mathers LP 2.

British boyband One Direction were named the most popular.

mmmkay

Haha awesome. I love Jack Parow :D

Going to his show at the Barnyard in March as well. Only crap thing is I planned to arrive late to avoid the opening acts, but now I can't :p

Cape Town seated tickets going for R99 atm

Well, Bon Jovi had some unknown guy as opening act and he was pretty good.

Jack Parrow is pretty good with a Afrikaans rap flavour, will have to see about this Action guy...

Oh yes, CT show is tonight

And apparently Capetonians don't like Eminem... There were tickets going for R150, tickets going 2 for the price of 1.

Careful Cape Town, you don't want to become the next Durban for concert tour schedules

And up here golden circle tickets were gone in a flash and the rest within a day or something, even with Santana also having a show the same night...

I think the City of Cape Town does it on purpose to attrack full house for their events and cheaper the price the better.

That stadium is going to be packed!
