011 913 xxxx. Telkom line down 28th January fixed 25th March. Down for two weeks in April. Down from 6th May until today. My line has been operational for 4 Weeks in 4 months. Now if I don't pay my account are they going to switch me off. HOW WILL I KNOW? I pay all my accounts on line including Telkom. NO LINE. NO INTERNET. NO MAIL. NO PHONE. LOST REVENUE - BUSINESS ACCOUNT. NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.
