So basically im looking for something to manage resources
we dont mind paying for said software, it needs to manage basically everything from orders to delivery to payroll

what do you suggest ?

Forget about payroll as part of the ERP. Use Sage VIP Payroll or Sage Payroll One depending on the size and complexity of your payroll.
