Dear Vodacom,
Its been 4 days of Error in Connection and another 5 days earlier this month. Total of 9 days this month alone.
- We cant make or receive voice calls.
- Neither can anyone in a 1km radius.
- Only if we drive 2km away can we make and receive calls.
- We have full signal and can use SMS but no voice - error in connection.
- Some people report that the error is congestion when they phone us.
- My fault number is S3-LU41F-FLK84.
So fed up with the non-service we receive.

However, I will find it difficult to renew my vodacom account. This month we have had 11 days of no voice service.
I cant afford to be unreachable 50% of the time.
