I sent a message to @TelkomZA on the 22/10/2014 as I know I would have issues trying to execute a change of ownership that includes a ADSL line through a Telkom store. I got a reply the next day saying I just need to mail [email protected].

I did that and from there on got no reply. 7 days later I emailed again and a helpful message from Charl apologizing and that he will send it along to the relevant people.

2 days after this I got a call from a lady saying she needs a bit of information ( like my number, the new owners number, when we want the ownership changed etc). At this time I was very impressed and complimented her on her exceptional service. Feel free to pull the recording for that call.

After that days go by and nothing. I emailed [email protected] and they say I should just hang ten, a lady called "Celiwe" is "working" on it (this was the lady I spoke to). I wait some more days and nothing. I email them again, and this time she is on leave. She was supposed to arrive back today 10/11/2014. So I mailed again today, and yet no response at the end of business.

I am moving out of my house in 2 days, yet I am nowhere in the change of ownership process after 19 days of trying and over 10 emails and a phone call.

I have escalated this with the escalation department late this afternoon, but I am scared to hope for a swift response.

What can I do to resolve this nicely and as efficiently as possible?

Morning Wackyza

As discussed telephonically the transfer of ownership will take place on the requested date.
