I'm not sure what a Master of Arts is tbh, I can't seem to find reference on their site.

Well, cadre for revolution was prepared for a while.
It took them 10 years to realise that Eskom need new power stations and another few years to start development.

Eskom really needs Master of Arts to make their first power station fully operational in next few months. If they don't, the entire grid is going to collapse.
