Eskom hopes to avoid rolling blackouts

We can start a betting pool to see who gets the closest to predicting the time and day that the rolling blackouts start again.

Wonder what would happen if I told Eskom that at this stage, I am unable to meet the rising expenditure demand, and my aspiration is to pay my bill at any given moth. With my new budget, I will ensure that Eskom will always get paid on a different month, thereby rotating the inconvenience to me for the power outages.

Funny how it seems to only work one way .....

Was wondering this myself, but as per the city's website, it looks like we'll only see it towards the end of the month.

An insert with the new load shedding schedule and an area map of the different supply areas across the city will be distributed with community newspapers during the last week of January 2015.

Hope to avoid blackouts......you know what "hope" is in Afrikaans.....yes it's hoop....the same as a "hoop hondestront". That will do absolutely nothing good for our electricity problem.
 
Hopefully I will pay my electricity bill when I can receive a news report in a day that there is cash in the bank, which hopefully will be at 00:00 on the 32nd of this month...
