Read much? Maintenance on a lot of plants is being pushed out as they can't afford to take a plant offline. Hence the snowball effect.

erm, blackouts were supposed to be technically unpossible according the eskombossengieerfellabelong.
Now, rolling load shedding, that's another story.

oh well, back to the bike shedding....
