Yeah - sorry. I did exclude "houses" since the majority of houses these days are complexes - if we exclude the RDP type dwellings that collapse after 6 months or a heavy rain storm.

Single houses on single stands will be allowed provided that the existing power supply to the property is adequate.

Clusters ,housing complexes and townhouse complexes is on hold for 6 months.

You try and get plans approved for anything more than a single house.

Should you be able to do that you will become an instant millionaire.

Everybody would like to make use of your services.

Why do you argue if you admit that single houses will be allowed. That was my whole point and since I am in the construction industry we will keep on building low and affordable cost houses because that's the market we are in.

This group serves the voting base.
There are too many companies building in the high end of the market.

The more this goes on, the more I seem to think the whole "crisis" is an elaborate plot.
