Yeah - sorry. I did exclude "houses" since the majority of houses these days are complexes - if we exclude the RDP type dwellings that collapse after 6 months or a heavy rain storm.

Basically I read this as:
Houses in the low income group can continue to be built.
This group serves the voting base.
There are too many companies building in the high end of the market.
Best way to get them to build low cost housing? Force them to and use "electricity supply" as an excuse.
The more this goes on, the more I seem to think the whole "crisis" is an elaborate plot.
