Read my top comment on the second page.

Guptas are not of Muslim faith.

In your OP your clearly stated you are done with esquire ,yet you still want them to come to your thread and explain. What is wrong with you guys? You either just move on or maybe warn other people.

Hou op probeer gatkruip en beweeg aan.

Personally i have no opinion about Esquire,i don't buy from them, but what i do appreciate is them sticking it to you.Esquire open up this buying channel to mybb as a favour, and of course to make a buck or two. They are not in retail, wholesale is cold.

If you think bitching on a public forum is gonna help, you sir have no clue how wholesale works.

Thanks for your opinion. And yes, I'm not buying from them anymore from my personal account, the company accounts is what I'm worried about. We would still like to buy through that account (at the moment we put that on hold), but we need some clarity on how it will be handled?

I just want an explanation on this, that is all. What if they suddenly decide to close our other accounts as well? You clearly missed the point that I'm worried about our business accounts and if they are going to treat that the same way? And if you know wholesale, you know that businesses are the customers.

If you don't like the thread, then read something else. But, this actually has an effect on some of us (personally and through business). Since you don't buy from them, you don't have to worry about this thread. If they can at least explain to all of us why (maybe due to system error even), we could move on.

Then do what businesses do...engage with them through B2B channels.

Not very bright of you to endanger a business account by participating in a failed thread.

Really?

Yes, we are not buying from them anymore. Like I said, "we put that on hold", while we are looking at alternative vendors. An explanation from Esquire around accounts handling would be great. Personally I'm won't buy nor suggest them for retail purposes, but changing a procurement source and finding new trusted vendors takes time. Esquire has an opportunity to explain themselves, for me and a lot of other MyBB members. It clearly doesn't bother you, since you don't buy through them. If they remove your account by just mentioning them somewhere (not even in a bad way), would they do the same in a business environment if we are unhappy about something?

I'm not mentioning our business accounts anywhere and it's not linked to my name.

If small things like that makes them remove an account, then I don't even want to know how warranty claims are with them. Reading on Hellopeter makes you hope that you don't have to.

I personally think esquire has the right to sell to whomever they choose , and if they don’t want to sell to you move on , the only single issue I have with them is when they bring out specials at Month-end when I have to budget for other stuff. Their service is top notch, pricing is excellent and I’ve made good money from selling their products, btw I have read all the Hellopeter comments and personally think they answered and justified every comments correctly , have u actually looked at other suppliers and retailers posts recently , maybe you should stop buying them as well, if you have an issue with esquire for taking away your account maybe you would should PM the rep no sense crying about it on the forum.

Indeed. We're actually seeing this as a blessing in disguise now, made us look at alternatives. We got feedback from 2 other vendors today. One being way more expensive and the other slightly better. Hopefully by Monday we get more replies from vendors and we can make a decision. Change can be good :)
