A good idea, but I am afraid it won't work as manufacturers don't sit on stock. Rather they start production line with priority based on volume of the orders. They will only start production when minimum order number is meet.I would use a monthly or two week basis assuming you fly the goods in and take back orders. Then place and get them shipped.

We already have an API from the vendor that will do just that we needed to get the stock on the online store (which is now done)
My web development team are busy working on adding that to the Online Ordering store as well as to all our VRN online stores and also on our revamped main website that will go live soon
I am sure they don't keep stock, distributors do. There are minimum collective orders to start production line and there are (smaller) minimum orders requirements to attach to the pending (or planned) production. There are leftovers from overproduction and canceling orders.Maybe the esquire dude can confirm whether they sit on stock or make to order. Is there a minimum quantity as well.
That is my point, how is esquire going to get them to manufacture volume, what will they base it on? Guessing at the end of the day which to me screams risk. Maybe the esquire dude can confirm whether they sit on stock or make to order. Is there a minimum quantity as well. I would not feel comfortable being unaware of my market and placing orders that could potentially be money down the drain.
However it may work out and i may not understand certain aspects.
