Esquire needs your help to achieve target

Question: What is the difference between the 2 hard drive brackets you have ? Codes are 709088 and 709095?

The ads look exactly the same item but a R30 price difference.

I only buy from Esquire when they have specials, their regular pricing isn't really anything special... And their RMA used to suck, not sure if it's improved since last year...

Hi Chris

I can personally tell you that we had the worst warranty service in the industry , three years ago , because we grew from R10 million P/A to R265million last financial year in a short space of time , but I can tell you as a partner , Director , chief cook and bottle washer of the group , we have by far the best or close it the best warranty, RMA service in the industry , by listening to our customers, we have implemented procedures and policy that is fair to our customers and also to ourselves, and continue to find way to improve ourselves , unfortunately as a fact of life and something we accept is that we wont be the best to everyone . But I am always here so you can PM , and I will try my best to help you .

As far as our pricing is concern we never claimed to be cheapest on everything as we also in the business to make a profit , but I can tell you that our specials are very low as we got flak from Seagate this week about our pricing as the whole industry is crying-To those distributors that are Crying , we say “Keep Crying as we wont increase our prices”

Watch our for Spring day Specials with a baby crying – and our Notebook Specials for Next week and the launch of our Asus Range of Motherboards

Methinks that one has eSATA and USB, the other not...
methinks too Esquire has them wrong way round...
the R30 more should have the eSATA in the title, and not as it stands now...

I think you right , but it could also mean the one came it at the higher exchange to the other , either way it is still a good deal and a handy product to have.

I think the simple fact that Esquire are the only big distributor to come on to mybb and offer us these kinds of specials deserves a round of applause. Good on ya Esquire and thanks for the specials.

Come on Esquire...throw us a cpu and mobo special so Im sure you'll reach your target :D

Bought myself a 1.5Tb drive for R1140 two weeks ago. In and out of the shop within 3 minutes with MYB001 dealer code is just good service and all done with a smile.

Thanks Esquire

Been doing my bit to assist but have to wonder if it really takes over a week to get an item I ordered down from Jo'burg to the Durban branch, with still no ETA now.

Edit: Another week *sigh*

Order canceled. I tried, but failed miserably.
