ET Drive 500 Gate Motor Error code ET01

Please I need advice on my ET drive 500 gate motor. It will open the gate but not closing it and give a ET01 code.
The battery show 12.4volt.
Can someone please help and explain what should I do to clear/correct the code.

Found the culprit....tested the battery under load and its 4.5 volt. Replaced it and all ok.
