Hi

I want to ask about ethereum wallets and mining.

I have only two Graphics cards running at 50Mh/s at the moment due to hardware related issues. The pc has been running for two days now on/off while trying to figure out the hardware issues.
I opened up a wallet at myetherwallet.com and got the wallet address.

In the .bat file used for claymore mining I have:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethpool.org:3333 -ewal 0xc3fe071e91F54E66A35522f469Ed6a12B455c115 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -dwal User1.user -dpsw workpswd

above ran for approximately 12 hours and I could not see any ethereum in the wallet, not even 0.00001 ethereum. So I changed to dwarfpool and ran it with this command:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-eu.dwarfpool.com:8008 -ewal 0xc3fe071e91F54E66A35522f469Ed6a12B455c115 -epsw x -dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252 -dwal User1.user -dpsw workpswd

In both instances the ethereum pools are telling me it is working and I see "Shares accepted"

But I do not see any money in the wallet.

Can anybody please assist?

There is a long delay between mining shares and receiving them due to how things are calculated. It is best not to switch pools often. Try to stick with one pool for a few days and see what your returns are.

Generally, if you're mining a block on your own, you need to complete that block to get anything out of it. Mining in a pool has returns that are a bit quicker to pay out, but you don't end up mining a block on your own.

Either continue what you're doing for a while to see how far you get, or switch to NiceHash and see faster, but smaller payments.

Can anyone confirm that my .bat script is correct then and that MYETHERWALLET should work?

Is dwarfpool and ethpool not both "pools" thus I should be getting some returns.
Is the estimated time a week\month\two months.... at the current hashrate of 50Mhs?

Some Eth wallets/addresses, such as Poloniex for example, only reflect your balance after you have accumulated 1 Eth in total.

So you mining pool could very well be paying you Eth in 0.1 increments, which you should be able to see in that pool's dashboard when you search for your wallet address. But you won't see it in your wallet until it all accumulates to 1 ETH. At 50Mh/s, that will take at a guess about a month or so.

Is ETHPOOL pool/solo mining as per above .bat file i am running?
On the website it looks like it is solo?

Well I did a search on all the mining articles posted and it displayed on this section. Didn't know there was a mining section :)

Oi, MyBroadband Admin and Mods, maybe cryptocurrencies should have their own subforum?

There's currently threads about it in Off Topic, Broadband and IT News, Business, Finance and Start-ups, Health, Wealth, Leisure and Relationships and probably other places too.
