Hi All, I am attempting at assisting an older gentleman recover his lost ether from ethereum-wallet.net.

We emailed them (ethereum.contact@gmail.com) on the 2nd of June and yet to have a response. When attempting to enter into the discussion forum after having to reset his password we are receiving a message stating "Pending Staff Approval" for a couple of days now so are unable to ask on the forum (http://ethrestoreforum.freeforums.net/thread/2/ethereum-wallet-manual-disbursements-process) for an update.

He has yet to receive anything back yet. If anyone may be able to assist it would be greatly appreciated.

My hope is to creat a Facebook page of some sort for all of the people like myself who are not able to join the other forum or have not got atleast there 40% back to be able to comunicate. I have seen talk of lawyers and such but with that much money missing everyone together might be able to figure something out.

I live in Hawaii and due to state laws wallet like coinbase do my work here. So I needed to find something that didn't require a state ID to hold me eth. I was planning to creat an offline wallet but within a few days of me depositing my 16.7 eth the back happened. Altho there is much suspension it was an inside job.
I only used ethereum wallet net because it showed up on Several top 10 eth website so it seemed credible... I suppose not.

An update however not sure if I am on the right direction.

https://www.whois.com/whois/ethereum-wallet.net

https://www.whois.net/

After finding their number, which only led to a Fax Machine, I used a mobile app, Truecaller, it has given me the following name information for their number: Munsif Com, a part of Galaxy Communications Corp based in Panama. I dug further, eventually finding a number that worked for Galaxy Communications Corp. When calling, unfortunately due to communication barriers I was given an email address for Ovnicom. The lady on the phone had confirmed that they were Galaxy Communications Corp. After a couple of emails back and forth, she gave me an email address for Gladys Batista "The sales manager" to talk to her about ethereum-wallet. I emailed the sales manager on Friday however no response yet. As mentioned, not sure if I am on the right track. Is there anyone who is based in Panama or who knows Spanish who may be able to assist and clarify?

*I cannot confirm or not yet if these guys are Ethereum-wallet.net

They've now decided on a new model, to only pay back the value of the Ether at the time of the hack. Not sure if this includes the unstolen Ether transferred as well. Can't say it's unfair but what if they haven't been completely honest and is holding some of it back? If the price rises 10x and they kept 6.15% (entirely plausible) it would be enough to cover the value of what was stolen.

May criticism of it is that it's zero risk for them as if it plunges they just close down while we carry all the risk while waiting.

Site is officially offline now - shows cloudflare error page.

I'm guessing they've taken all the $$$ and run!

Yeah, school fees. All in all made nothing and lost nothing with all the crypto trading.
