Eugene Terre'blanche murdered

Farmers are soft targets, since they are isolated. The ANC wants to redistribute the land of 40 000 farmers to black people. But since their are about 20 million blacks waiting for handouts. The farms would have to be devided into much smaller pieces.I say let them have the farms.

Anyone remember the Commando system? That offered real protection and support to the farmers and was dismantled in the face of much opposition.

The result was to give easy, risk free access to all the (ANC supported??) killers whose motive was to frighten off the farmers and drive down prices.

(A recent press article pointed out that 90% of the farms so far taken over had collapsed)

Well lets look at that, it was disbanded because then the ANC would not have been able to wipe out these farmers.
I believe the ANC has been sanctioning these attacks for years. No I dont have proof but if you do everything in your power to keep these things from stopping, you are guilty of being involved.

So the leader of a neo-nazi white supremecist group, who not only has a long history of abusing his workers, BUT has also served a prison sentence for attempted murder after beating a worker to within an inch of death, is killed by farm workers displaying his sort of brutality, and the ANC village idiot is to blame?

Come now guys, we all know, what goes around comes around...

People were getting killed long before Malema starting singing his song.

But the song has been sung for decades.
And anyways, what does that matter? Singing the "song" is incitement to genocide, or do you think it is all "OK" and "goodnews!!"

This is not only about ET, this is about the fact that the ANC hs given a green light for farm attacks and some people here think its all good, lets go hug a tree and we can sing kumbaya

I'm worried about how racists (like those popping up in this thread), and opportunist media and political parties/leaders will miss-use this murder to fan the flames of racial tension and hatred in the country! :(

No need - the flames are burning bright already.
Anyone got a marshmallow?

I don't think they have given a green light for farm killings but I'm pretty sure they are not too sad to see the white farmers killed off their land.

Indirect land reform.

I'm not fearmongering. Can someone please convince me otherwise?

An ANC political leader who carries a lot of weight ( ha ha ), has told his followers to kill farmers. The main body of the ANC has supported this.

Clearly the presence of tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorists is rife in this thread.

Can I have one too?

I'm surprised some guys believe that ET deserved to be murdered...remember ETwas also a human being,he didn't deserve this...we can't remove the death penalty and celebrate the murder of innocent people

Kgabogk, for a change I actually fully agree with you.

it was definately influenced and instigated by Malema, fact, no doubt, guarenteed!

So you are saying this is revenge? The kind of revenge Malema and his followers believe they are entitled to?

If you guys are sent to bed at 8pm by your moms then please don't come in to a thread in the morning and not bother reading the entire thread. I stated earlier that I too oppose the singing of any song that could be construed as being racist but these direct links being imagined between the singing of a song and the killing of Eugene are pathetic. Why did they not shoot Eugene? After all the song says "shoot the boer".

Now the next part is not directed at your specifically, Moeder, so don't get all defensive.

You guys just annoy the **** out of me as you will jump at any opportunity that allows you to "prove" that the country is doomed and is heading down the drain. This is yet another chance.

And you are all bloody racists anyway. Try and spin it as much as you want but you are. You are opposed to the murder of a white racist but in the very next breath you are calling for the killing of a black racist (Malema). Why is a black life less valuable than a white life? Was Terreblanche any better than Malema?

Not at all, just that it was not part of some plot to "kill the boer". It was a brutal ending to the life of someone who dished out the same measure of brutality.

Whether you say its karma, or whatever, he cant painted in the same light as all other farm murders that occur on a daily basis.

Here Marine, a quote for you courtesy of a fellow member on the other thread :

Part of an address that Nelson Mandela delivered to the South African nation on national television after the death of Chris Hani:

"With all the authority at my command, to all people: remain calm and honour the memory of Chris Hani by remaining a disciplined force for peace. ... We must not let the men who worship war and who lust after blood precipitate actions that will plunge our country into another Angola."

Let's hope there's some real leadership left somewhere in South Africa...

Having spent a great deal of time on a far right white forum in some misguided attempt to convince them that they were wrong, I can assure you that this will only fan the flames of hatred. ET will now become the white martyr, whatever he did in the past that was even vaguely suspect will be forgotten, and the far right is going to "strip their m o e r" to put it mildly.

Whether or not the murder was racially motivated will mean absolutely nothing to his followers - and they are simple minded enough to go out there and try and do something about it as well.

This is NOT good news for South Africa.

Oh no he is back
Please take this personally, you annoy the ***** out of me the way you bury your head in the sand when anything negative is said about SA.
Catch a wake up and, maybe its time you open your eyes.

Please stop making sweeping generalisations like that.
