Has anyone successfully had Evetech collect a rma product at their own cost? They are trying to charge me R518 shipping charges for a item I paid R799 for which I feel is crazy.
 
Reading everything from Evetech's after sales I decided to split my pc build order between Takealot, Wootware and PcLink. Perhaps at a 5-10% premium but I can't afford to have issues... not saying I will not have any issues with the others but I don't hear anything good of their aftersales. Pitty because it's affecting their business.

I was aware of the issues but if they the only place that stocks the item you have no choice sadly.
 
Take it directly to supplier. Tell us product someone will tell you which distributor it comes from

It is a glorious mouse, i contacted glorious directly after evetech's disaster shipping price.

Why not ship it back to them yourself using a courier of your choice?

It's not, this is evetech we're talking about and that fee only makes sense if it involves international shipping.

I speak under correction but glorious listed them as a distributor before, I no longer see them listed.

Damn, that sucks.

That's why I only buy from Pinnacle, Tarsus and Frontosa...fortunately I can.
 
Had to rma a motherboard/cpu combo, they send courier, tested swop cpu upgraded motherboard bios and send back at no extra cost .
Actually receaved a credit as new cpu was cheaper.
 
Nooo don’t say that. I placed my first ever order with them yesterday for a WiFi mesh kit (after reading the reviews on google). Now the bad news are popping up

Yeah bad service only comes when you need rma something. I also ordered a gaming chair as price was really good

They're shipping is sickening. Their RMA is pathetic.

You can use Courier Guy, will cost you R100.

What did you get? I also ordered WIFI Mesh - TP Link Deco M4. I did receive POP Confirmation email from them but I want to know what shipping timeframe we are looking at - no response...
