Excel Quick Access Toolbar question

So, I am reaching out to everybody smarter than myself.


I would like to add buttons to this toolbar that would (button 1) multiply numbers by 1000 and (button 2) divide numbers by 1000. Currently doing quite a bit of that and getting this to work would be infinitely faster than the old "paste special" route. Who know how to do this? Google is just looking at me as if I am stupid.
