I bought a 60" H7000 screen back in December and noticed a dead pixel.

On Thursday, I Logged to their Live chat on the website to inquire on warranty, gave my details - but didn't have the serial number on hand. They contacted to confirm the serial number on Friday - and they've just left my house!

The said they'll replace the whole panel - at my place - when it arrives in country in May.

So far, excellent service from Samsung!
 
Have also only had good service from Samsung :) Good to hear they are still super in that department.
 
I have two Samsung monitors with failed the digital inputs.

Both are out of warranty.

And both are - according to Samsung - irreparable.

The first was returned with both inputs U/S and was thrown away. The second is limited to the VGA input.

As a result I no more Samsung products for me ! :(
