Existing Telkom fibre contract and changing address

We have a 24 month fibre contract with Telkom in our gated community and are in the process of moving to another address. The new address has their own fibre ISP. What are my options in this case? Should I negotiate with the new buyer of my home to take over the existing Telkom contract? Can the contract be cancelled in special cases like this? What happens if the new buyer doesn't want to take over the contract (probably very obvious here, I will have to pay the contract myself then...).

Call and ask what are the penalties before you can make a decision.

I don't think you have an option tbh, you would need to settle your contract if Openserve/Telkom Retail isn't an option at the new address.
