Expansys goes AWOL

Damn... I know they have/had offices in sandton until quite recently and I personally supplied some stuff to Blake.. (he did say he was incharge of expansysS.A and Premium Stores)
I can provide whatever details I have of his if it will help out..

EXPANSYS PLC acknowledges that our franchise partner (Premium Group of Online Stores CC) who manages the licence to trade under the EXPANSYS brand in South Africa has ceased to trade under the terms within a court appointed Liquidation Order.

We are currently collating all orders and outstanding communication requirements from our customers in South Africa. As from Monday 14th January 2013 we will be communicating with all customers directly regarding all outstanding enquiries.

One customer wrote the following message on HelloPeter on Friday (11 January): “I placed an order on the 12 of December 2012. I paid and received a confirmation of order. Never to hear from them again.

Still have 2 outstanding orders out of the 3 I made for December. First one was ordered on ~12 December and shipped out to me ~22 December 2012. Rest of the orders are still ex-overseas/awaiting warehouse transfer or whatnot. Never had any problems with them as I was willing to accept the possible delays.

An industry contact of mine has told me that they are gone. Don't know the cause but Expansys SA has shut its doors.

Well their terrible, awful, pathetic, ****ing abysmal service and constant lying about delivery times might have had something to do with it.
