Online retailer Expansys South Africa is currently offline and unreachable, amid numerous complaints from customers.

Will be kind of hard to do if the order was placed in November?

Must admit this is kind of a crap move. I have bought from them before and except for the long wait which I knew about beforehand, at least I did end up with my goods.

The time frame in which you must lodge a dispute varies from bank to bank. 90 to 180 days seems to be the norm, so you might well be able to lodge a dispute.

I've never bought from them before, since they were very overpriced, but If I buy something,
I pay by EFT where possible, and if not the PayPal. Failing that, I simply won't purchase from
them at all. i.e Amazon

Why not use a ring-fenced debit card?

An industry contact of mine has told me that they are gone. Don't know the cause but Expansys SA has shut its doors.

Why not use a ring-fenced debit card?

There are many reasons that people aren't as fortunate as you are to own a credit card, based on their income, bad debt or any number of variables. So leave the douche bag questions at the door, it's uncool.
