Now that I've got you with the clickbait title - Yes, it's true. I'm not going to link anywhere to it, you can find the stories on Google.

What I'm here for is to start a pledge. No matter what, this leak was bad for the movie industry. I am not against piracy, but the cinemas have at least the right to make sure the show hits the theater screens before ( or at the same time ) as we can download it.

My worry is that the people downloading this now will have no reason to go see it in the cinema, therefore destroying the revenue generated, and preventing an Expendables 4 from being filmed.

My pledge is to go and watch this movie in the cinema. Yes, I'll have watched it by then, I have the rip, and no way on earth I'll be able to keep myself from watching it before release, but I will go and see it in the cinema anyway. These guys are making an awesome set of movies, and whether or not you like their business model ( hint: I don't ), they won't make them at all anymore if there's no money, which will be a greater loss.

TL;DR: Pirate the movie if you want, but please go watch it in the cinema/buy it on dvd anyway. They'll take a revenue hit from this leak, and that might prevent a number 4.

From the few skips I've done, the quality is damned near perfect. It's not 720p, but it's very hard to tell it's not a DVD rip

720p or 1080p or GTFO :)

However thinking of " possible number 4 " is like going to do a number 2. I found the first and second one to be entertaining, but we don't need this to go all NFS/COD/MW on our asses.

If I had a better ( more convenient ) way to buy things, I would. 300+ games on Steam says so.

I also have 300+, but did you play all of them? :)

Eh, go to a cinema for what? They're crap in SA. Haven't been to one in year.

DVDSCR

Who watches those ****?

I watch them all the time.

They are normal DVD quality - as the movies you rent in a DVD store - the SCR may have a small notice that it is the property of some company and may not be distributed coming up for a second or 2 every 30 minutes or so.

Besides, if you know where to look you can even get Expendables 3 now in 720p quality as well.

Rent DVD? What black magick is that

I last rented VHS/DVDs when I was still in high school...

Not saying you have to rent, just saying that a DVDScr is exactly the same quality as a normal DVD in a video store.
