Rice is not dreary.
It has become very expensive to buy basmati, though. Approx. R 32/kg as opposed to normal rice @ approx. R 15/kg.

True. I was in Zanzibar approx 4 years ago, but I did not realise the true worth of saffron then, or else I would have brought back much more.
