Why am I experiencing high latencies on my 384kb ADSL line. On all my internet accounts I get +100ms if I'm lucky, yesterday I was able to get 60ms, but now... I'm on local only with my Telkom do account. But I get the same with my WebAfrica account.

What must I do, I tried restarting my router. I took it off of bridged mode and let the router dail the connection.
