Explora stutters for a microsecond every 2 seconds

Have the same problem. Explora 2A Decoder. Reboot sorts it out for 1 day, but the problem recurs and progressively gets worse.

Since the current software update the decoders are not doing the scheduled daily maintenance reboot. So it may help as s temporary work around to do a manual reboot daily.

They started pushing the new software last night. Both my decoders updated during the night. will see if that solve the problem. At least the scheduled maintenance reboot is back which on stream.

I noticed the change since yesterday, but was holding my breath that it is not just temporary. It is probably due to the firmware update.

Following Who? I have been a Mnet/Multichoice subscriber for more than 40 years. It is my choice no one convinced me to subscribe.
Would be difficult seeing they only started broadcasting MNET October 1986.
 
My decoder rebooted at 4:20 this morning and by 18:00 it was already unwatchable (for me, anyway).

It has to be a difficult bug to track down but I hope they don't give up.

I deliberately waited a while to see what my decoder does as it seems some of you were still complaining about the stuttering. Well, the stuttering at my end seems to have gone away completely. I have not tried all channels obviously, but the stuttering on the channels I watch as well as the recordings are something of the past. I hope that it stays that way.
