Exporting iTunes MP3's for a friend

OK, so I have a friend at Church who wants me to grab some MP3 Lectures/Sermons from iTunes for her.
Her internet is really sucky and slow and I have uncapped.

This is what she asked me to grab for her...

So if I download these in my iTunes... am I allowed to / able to just copy the MP3's and transfer them to her PC?

Where can I check the copyright restrictions on these files, and does iTunes allow the MP3's to be transferred.
I think they are not DRM encrypted. I do not plan on keeping the files for myself.

You should be able to drag it from your iTunes library to a flash drive and then select Open With iTunes on her machine to import to her library.
