Having lost the hard drive of my dvd player, I am looking at various options for a new set-up. We record a lot of sport from the TV which we copy to disc.
What would be the best set-up?
What are the implications of a basic recorder in conjunction with an external hard drive?
Can one then take the hard drive to the PC and edit and record via the PC?
Any other comments more than welcome for a technically challenged newbie?
